Phil Hartman and his wife Linda are both retired and have lived in the Mountain/Lakewood area for 30 years. Phil has owned a 1955 Cessna 180 on straight floats for 10 years, has chaired the Eagle River Seaplane Fly-In for 16 years, and has been visiting the Oshkosh seaplane base since 1980.
Specialties:
Dolly takeoffs on grass, grass landings on straight floats. Canadian border crossing, particularly at St. Sault Marie.
