Background:
Lyle Panepinto serves as the Vice President and Director of Operations for Southern Seaplane, Inc., where he has worked for over 30 years. He is a second-generation pilot, an industry check airman for the FAA, and check airman for Southern Seaplane's 135 operations. Lyle is responsible for training all of Southern Seaplane's seaplane pilots, and is qualified in floatplanes ranging from J-3 Cubs to Beavers. He has accumulated over 13,000 hours in seaplanes, and works closely with a number of major oil companies on operating practices for floatplanes. He enjoying fishing and golf in his free time.
